Please help error message- Jetpack can’t communicate with my site

    The website went down randomly with an initial error of critcal error but after logging in to WP the site shows a can’t communicate error how do I fix this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there – At the moment your site isn’t hosted here which means we aren’t able to provide direct support for you unfortunately. For Jetpack connection issues I would start here. And to get support beyond that, review the topics in the support forum here first to see if anyone else had a similar question and got a support response that can help you resolve your issue as well. If you don’t find anything, create a new topic to get the help you are needing. :)

    @deancroyal Sorry for the delayed reply but if I upgrade my plan to the paid plan “explorer” will I be able to receive help to remedy this issue?

    Paid plans are exclusively available for websites hosted on WordPress.com. If your website is currently hosted elsewhere, you’ll first need to transfer it here in order to upgrade and utilize our hosting services. However, it’s important to note that we cannot proceed with the transfer while your site is experiencing a critical error message.

    To resolve this issue, please contact your current hosting provider’s support team for assistance. They will help identify the plugin or theme responsible for the error and guide you through the process of restoring your site’s functionality.

    Once your site is back online and functioning properly, you can proceed with the transfer using the Move to WordPress.com plugin, coupled with a Creator plan.
