Please help get back my domain or refund my money

On October 26, I registered an account using my email address and paid to purchase a domain. And the email I received informed me:

On October 30, I was about to log in to my account (using my registered email address), but was told that the account did not exist.

I tried all morning. The result was the same.

Then I clicked to create an account and successfully registered using the same email address (I don’t understand why the email address that has already been used can be successfully registered again).

I logged in, but found that the domain I had paid for did not belong to this account. I wanted to associate the domain that i had paid, but was told that the domain belonged to another account (this proves that my payment was successful)
I tried multiple times to contact the staff (I contacted them via Facebook and email) but no one responded.

I hope that WordPress can help me solve this problem with a responsible attitude, retrieve my account or refund my money.

    My experience was extremely unpleasant!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s obvious your domain and site are connected to another account of yours. To restore access to the account owning that site, you can use the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

    Hi there!

I see that the site is registered on a different WordPress.com account. To get help with logging into the correct account, please follow these steps:

    1. Follow the steps here to locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com.
    2. Click here and submit the transaction ID using the account recovery form.

Our account recovery team will get back to you via email to help you log into the correct account so that you can manage your site.

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

We are not able to help with account recovery issues here in the forums, but I did not see any emails created under the address you have set here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/account/

Did you use a different email address when filing out the form here? https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

I did confirm the email for the verification of the domain, but i did’t remember if i confirmed my email for the account. When I tried to login by my email I was told the account didn’t exist. I created a new account with my email and the site I paid money for was not there.

I just left another message in recovery using my email. Its a qq.com email . And I left my transition ID, pls help to check it.

What’s the email you used on the recovery form? It’s safe to share your email here; it’ll be automatically hidden, and only other staff members and I can see it.

@wp1746512625f8db566a8a I can’t see form submissions for either of those addresses, unfortunately. I’m not sure why they aren’t going through.

Can you use passwordhelp@wordpress.com instead, and send the same information that the form asks for?

Hi there, could you please help to check the email?I really need to get back my site, I’m losing time and money, having a terrible experience, which makes me regret paying for a site in WordPress.

@wp1746512625f8db566a8a – I’ve searched and can’t find a ticket from that address, or even any email mentioning your domain.

I’m wondering if there’s an issue with that email server. Could you try contacting passwordhelp from some other email provider?
