Please Help – How Do I contact Video Press

  I am looking to be refunded for plugin (Video Press) that is not working for me. But I can find NO way to contact anyone.
  I was offered 30 days trial for full refunded, but again not sure why there is no contact.

  Also, as I am new to all this can someone explain why there is WORDPRESS.COM, WORDPRESS.ORG, VIDEOPRESS. Are all these the same place/people. What are the differences.

  Hi
  I try upload a video 2 times haven’t notice that the maximum space is 1GB and my video was 1.30 GB apparently show twice get and error in red, which show that the video not uploaded but at the sometimes took more space of my store, it shows 4.6 GB is used which is not because the last video was 2 times uploaded and still not see if I can play or not.
  I need to tell me which option shall I go to remove the last 2 video because please?
