Please help! I Can no longer log fully into my site

  I can log into my old WordPress site, But I get the message “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password“. But the prolem is I have not logged into the old email address in ages, the old email address expired as unussed. So I can’t reset my password as it will get sent to the defunct email address. Can somebody please help me. I can scan my photo ID and send it, to prove it is me.

  I had to create this new WordPress site to be able to post in the forums.
