  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?

  It seems to me that you are using a website which is not hosted on WordPress.com. In such case you have to contact your hosting provider, because we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers of WordPress.com.
