PLEASE HELP I CANT DESIGN MY BLOG

  could some one please give me some advice? my blog has to much restrictions with the design of it, i can not make the text bigger or change colours of fonts i feel so restricted as a designer. I payed to have my domaine.com to be connected with my word press blog but i am so restricted with everything,is it possible to be refunded for connecting my domaine to my website so i can go to another provider with less artistic restrictions and limitations? please could u send me a link so i can be refunded as i want to leave wordpress? do you think blogger would be better for me with less artistic restrictions??

  Exactly which upgrade are you referring to?
  We need details such as:

  1. The username account that purchased the upgrade.
  2. The underlying .wordpress.com blog the upgrade was purchased for.
  3. Any domain URL that is involved in the transaction.
  4. The date the upgrade was purchased.
  5. The date the refund was requested, if applicable.

  If you purchased a domain URL through waordpress.com and kept it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   These Google fonts can be used free of charge on any theme.

  If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages you can make some changes without an annually renewable upgrade.

  For changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor see http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/

  For changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
