Please HELP! I don’t want to lose my domain again! this has happened more than once.

  Last year I lost my site because of domain issues and finally got it back after the waiting period. Now one year later I am still trying to transfer my domain to squarespace and I keep getting denied. I haven’t received any help. No one is explaining why my request is being denied. I’m 80+ days out so it should not be denied. I don’t want to lose my domain again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help. I’m at a loss of what to do and no one wants to offer support.

  smitsahatiya – Thanks for helping us out. When a domain is not specified please ask the user which domain they’re inquiring about. This will help get them a quicker resolution. When staff looks at the thread we already know which domain is in question then.
