please help – i have no idea what to do.

    hello,

    i’ve posted this question before, but the posts had no tags. i also didn’t have the notification email preference set, so i have no idea if anyone’s responded.

    i changed my url from katiecitrusy.wordpress.com to ktcitrusy.wordpress.com, and i want to change it back to katiecitrusy.wordpress.com and delete ktcitrusy.wordpress.com.
    however, when i try to change the url of ktcitrusy.wordpress.com, it says that katiecitrusy.wordpress.com already exists. how do i revert back to katiecitrusy.wordpress.com and get rid of ktcitrusy.wordpress.com without losing any of my blog’s content or followers?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can’t “change” back like you did before. The old URL is still alive so all is not lost.

    You can Export your content from ktcitrusy.wordpress.com and import it back to katiecitrusy.wordpress.com

    Dashboard >> Tools >> Export / Import

    Then set ktcitrusy.wordpress.com to private (Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Only visible to those I choose)

    DON’T DELETE THE EXTRA BLOG – all your options go away – use the extra blog as a test blog

    If you have subscribers the staff should be able to move them back for you if you ask

    to raincoaster – ah, i see. i’m glad i didn’t repost anything. the first two times i posted was through the contact support. is that where i ask the staff to move my subscribers back to my old blog?
