Please help. I'm missing content since I moved to hosted site!

I really need help. I sent the note below to the wordpress.com staff a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back. My site is a mess because of so much missing content that did not upload.
Hi there…I am hoping you can help me and please note that I am totally new to all of this so I need some help in easy-to-understand terms.
I have been blogging for about 6 months on wordpress.com. My site was:
http://www.royalicingdiaries.wordpress.comI have now gotten a host server, HostGator, and I purchased a premium theme, Homemade Two. Since I am not technical at all, the developer of the theme redirected the name servers for me and uploaded my site to wordpress.org and HostGator. I paid for that service and it helped me a lot. They then advised me to have wordpress.com blog redirected to the new site which is http://www.royalicingdiaries.com.
I went on to my wordpress.com dashboard and paid for the upgrade to redirect my site and it’s working great. However, I have a big problem with some of my content because it is not showing up on my site now. I initially contacted the theme developer and then HostGator but both have advised me that I need to contact wordpress.com support for this.
Please help me. I am missing all of my content that I posted in July 2013. None of the posts at all are available to me in my dashboard at all so I cannot fix any of the broken links that go to that content. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I have gone through every page and every single post in my blog and have made a list of all the missing content. Below I have listed the posts that are missing:
On the page “Decorated Cookies”, the link for the “Golf Bag Cookies” and the link for “Holy Communion Crosses” are broken because that content is not there now.
On the “How I Do It” page, the following content is missing so these links are not working:
How to Color Icing
How to Assemble a Pastry Bag and Tip
How To Make Royal Icing
How To Outline and Flood Cookies
How to Thin Royal Icing
How to Make Flat Dots & LinesOn the Post “Orange and White Cookies” the content is missing for “Wet on Wet Technique” so that link is not working.
Can you please help me fix these. I’ve already let my followers and Facebook followers know that my site is up and running and yet a lot of the links are broken because of missing content and it makes the blog look horrible.
The message I get when any of the missing content is clicked on, is “The page you are searching for does not exist”.

Yes, I know I have to be patient and I apologize. I’m so frustrated at this point though – I don’t seem to be getting anywhere, no matter who I contact. All of the content that is missing is the premise of my entire blog so I cannot keep posting anything until I get that content onto the blog.
What will happen if I manually repost all of it on to my hosted site? I have all of the posts copied in Word and I really need that content on there, like immediately, as all new content basically links back to those tutorials, but I don’t know enough about how things work that if I do manually repost it all, will it mess up my blog? Please let me know

Staff are on hiatus till tomorrow. When you post here, you bump your support request back, since they go through the threads starting from the ones that haven’t been updated in the longest time, working their way towards the ones that have been recently updated. So don’t post to the thread again, just wait. It’s only another day. If you really really need all the content there immediately, and creating a new export file does not work for some reason, then copy paste is the way to go.
