PLEASE HELP!! Managing blogs and changing usernames

My blog was http://esaracristina.wordpress.com and I wanted to change it’s name from esaracristina to saracristinaelsheikh and also keep the domain esaracristina for a new blog, meaning that I: 1) changed the blog address from esaracristina to saracristinaelsheikh and 2) created a new blog named esaracristina. I accidentally clicked on this: Change your current username (esaracristina) and discard the current account. (You will not be able to change your username back) !!
Is there no way of getting the esaracristina username back? It’s very important to me to have that username, everyone recognises me with that one.
And then, to make everything worse, I thought that if I create a new blog and click on that option once again, the username esaracristina will be ‘released’, so now I have THREE blogs, and a completely wrong username and I cannot go back to my old username.
Can anyone please help me change the username back and also help me delete de wrong blogs?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Change your current username (esaracristina) and discard the current account. (You will not be able to change your username back)
Changing a blog address is a permanent and irreversible act. It’s too late to get a site redirect upgrade now and you cannot revert URLs.

Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. Can anyone please help me change the username back
Changing a username is a permanent and irreversible act.
Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use. If you just want to show your name differently please only change your Display Name. From https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
