    Hi there,

    After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Hi erina623,

    I’ve checked your account and just wanted to confirm that a refund was successfully sent on the 3rd June 2019 in two amounts (£240.00 and £84.00). There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but as @kruttikapatil mentioned, international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer — processing times vary between banks so they will be the best people to contact if you need more information.

    In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts.

    In the meantime, the refund is on its way :)

  • We have released the money to your bank. If the funds have not reached you at this time, the delay is likely on their end. We don’t see any obvious reason for this from our side, so I suggest that you inquire with them directly. Each bank has unique processing times and they’re the ones that can tell you when to expect those funds to be released in to your account.

  • Hi there,

    You will need to touch base with your bank as we do not know who you bank with nor the authority to inquire about details of your bank account. Your bank may be able to see pending charges that you aren’t able to see on your end, so I would definitely contact them and have them check.

    We do not know how long your bank will take to release the money in to your account. This is why we’ve suggested following up with them directly. The money has been released to them, it is no longer in our control.

    what? bank said only wordpress refund 240gbp, 15 gbp. other any refund transaction not pending or hold. i want get my other transaction mony. what i do? i will contact bank said conta you. now you’re said contact bank. i’m confused.

  • Since the charges were refunded on the same day they were made, one of them could have been a simple reversal (meaning the charge never took place) rather than a refund.

    Please check that.

  • Yes, I understand, but I do hope you understand that we have sent the refund already, for the full value.

    If you aren’t seeing the full value refunded in your bank account, it’s possible that one of the charges was simply reversed, meaning that the charge never took place.

    Please ask your bank to check that.

    The money has left us and been returned to your bank, there isn’t much we can do beyond guarentee that.

  • We do not have phone support, you’ve spoken to 4 different support reps here, so changing how you contact us won’t change the reality of the situation.

    Have you asked your bank to check for a reversal on the £84, rather than a refund?
