Can you clarify? Did you check with them to see if the charge was voided?

Hm, hang on there definitely is a discrepancy in our logs. Everything on our end says we sent £84, except one usually-redundant log entry that only shows £15 sent.
Sorry, I wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t checking again a 5th time, that particular log entry is almost always redundant.
I’ll let you know when I have some more information.

Ok, we have confirmed with our payment processor (Stripe) that £84 was returned to your bank, but it came in the form of both a £15 refund and a £69 reversal. This basically means that £69 of the £84 never left your account, so with just a £15 refund, you already have the full £84 back in your account.
You can give your bank these tracking numbers:
For the £69 reversal:
STAN: 832447(reversals do not have ARN numbers)For the £15 refund:
STAN: 567207ARN: 74492159155637005672072 -

1. You have already received the full £84 back.
2. £69 was sent as a reversal, meaning it never left your account.
3. £15 was sent as a refund.
4. £69 (the reversal) + £15 (the refund) = the full £84 back in your bank.
5. Your bank may be able to explain this clearer than I have, you can share these tracking numbers with your bank for their confirmation:

Please provide your bank the transaction numbers (ARN) that staff-blorbo already gave you to verify that the funds have been returned to your banking account.
