Yes, the bank can certainly look at tracking information. Remember the money is going back to you the same way that it came to us. Make sure you’re in touch with the correct agency and give them the details we’ve previously shared.

The money was sent to you, we cannot make this any more clearer.
Your bank has the ability to check the tracking numbers provided. If you contact your bank, they will sort this out. If they refuse to, ask to speak to someone higher up in your bank, like a manager.
We cannot make it any more clearer that the money was sent back to the account you used to purchase the upgrades.

Reversals happen when the transaction is less than 24 hours old. That decision is made by our payment processor, we have no control over it.
All of your money was either refunded or reversed, either way it was all returned to you.
The tracking numbers are standard tracking numbers used by the global financial industry, your bank _can_ use them, that’s the point. If you’re speaking to someone at your bank who cannot, ask to speak to someone higher up the chain.
We need to make two things absolutely clear at this point:
1. The money was returned to you.
2. We will absolutely not issue a second refund, which would of course result in you receiving more money than you gave us.
