PLEASE HELP ME.

    I have been on the phone for 13.5 hours, on hold, talking to other people. When I bought a WordPress business plan back in 2015 they allowed me to register http://www.talkingbiotechpodcast.com. This ended up with WildWestdomains.com

    Five years later the domain is in ‘cancel status’. Wild West domains has been great. They do everything they can to help me. They tell me that WordPress controls the domain and needs to ‘reset the domain’ and ‘release from cancel status’.

    I don’t know what to do ohter than abandon the WP system and get a new domain. I have hit a brick wall and nobody can help me. This is absolutely horrible.
