  I want to subscribe now, but my coupon doesn’t work.

  I can see a Personal Plan in your account that was bought using a discount coupon, so it looks like the coupon worked fine. The price you paid was the discounted price.

  The Personal Plan that you bought does not include live chat support. You can reach email support at any time using the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  Please don’t post into forum threads created by other people. You can reach live chat support at any time Monday to Friday by clicking the Help icon that appears bottom-right on all the My Sites pages, or else via the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. Over weekends that link will take you to email support instead, as live chat is only available to Business Plan customers over weekends.
