  i want to edit a word press template that i bought from envatomarket.com and i dont need hosting or domain where i have the website as a .php files please i want to modify this website as soon as possible

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions.

  On WordPress.com, you won’t have access to any PHP files. Compare the two differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
