Please help me about my new blog

    Hello, I am Faris from Indonesia. I was asking a same question like this to id forums, but nobody replied. I tried to find it on google but I found nothing. well…. I have some problems:

    1 I want to add a sitemap to my webmaster. Some people said that I need to add a plugins so that could help my blog to get index faster. But, I don’t even know where the “plugin” is. Everybody said that It’s located in my dashboard. But still, I dont find it..

    2. Why google not index my posts? my blog was indexed, but why my posts are not index?

    Your English is very good and I have no trouble at all understanding what you are asking. Your questions are commonly asked by new bloggers.

    There is no FTP access to WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

    There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. However, no plugin is needed for sitemaps. WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines

    It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content in posts (not pages) that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet.     To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
