  I have an incorrect email connected just spend over 400 for business acct can’t login because email is wrong

  Site name is hopehairandwellnesscenter.Com I paid for chat support but can’t log in to get there because email assigned belongs to someone else. I thought I was creating the email during the setup so it’s connected with someone who owns email (email visible only to moderators and staff) I need to add my owned email to this business acct I just spent over 400 for

  Hi there:

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
