  I do not see any sites under your @sandrasosaayahoocom WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  That isn’t a link to your site, but a verification link for the domain registration for 100percentvisible.com. So https://100percentvisible.com/ is your site’s link

  That site was created under a different WordPress.com username account than the sandrasosaayahoocom account you’re using to post here. You’ll need to log into that other account to make any changes to that site.
