Please help me cancel my domain(s). I do not wish to auto-renew.

  Hi,

  I cannot find the “my upgrades” page, so I cannot easily ask to have my domains cancelled.

  Hi Greg!

  I am happy to help you with this. Just wanted to make you aware of a couple things first:

  If we cancel your domains (amicandalight.com and themacguffinman.com), it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domains will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domains but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel them. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

  However, if you don’t want this domain at all, let me know, and I’ll take care of the cancellation asap. I wanted you to have the full scoop before I went ahead and took a permanent action on these custom domains.
