Please help me cancel my plan

    Received an email notifying me of charge in one month. Need to cancel my plan but wherever I go on the wordpress site, nothing is loading. It says that I do not have a website or a plan, and none of the account pages will load. Yet I received this email recently and know that I will be charged. Unable to find contact details to actually contact wordpress. Can anyone help?

    Is this for your site connorbyrne.co.uk?
    If so, the account that owns that site is the one you’re logged into right now – connorbyrnepoetry. Are you sure you were logged into that one when trying to manage your purchases? You should be able to cancel auto-renew from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    If you’re having trouble with that, confirm the address of the site and we’ll help you out.
