Please help me delete my old account I can’t get access to

    Hi all,
    Please help me!!! I’ve been trying to delete or edit my old wordpress account for years but cannot seem to figure ou thow to do it.
    I know the URL and username but not the email address or password used. The website was created back in 2011 fr schoo.

    I really would like it to be taken down or access restored so I can delete the information as my current work have just discovered it and are giving me crap for not knowing how to take it down as it is the first thing that comes up with they google me. I have tried contacting WordPress in the past with no success.

    Please help me!

    Hi, TJ still not here. The blog I need help with IS NOT teejade.wordpress.com. I am only using the wordpress to get some sort of help for the other wordpress account I have which I have not linked.

    Hello!

    Could you share us the URL address of the site that you’re trying to login to? Do you know any of the account information?

    If you are not able to remember the username, or have lost your password or access to email, the only way to recover your account is by going through the Account Recovery process found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form.

    If you’re unable to provide any of the information requested, there is nothing that WordPress can do to remove the account.

    I will tag a MODLOOK on here so that a staff member can check in if you need help, but do try the steps outlined on the account recovery form, as that is you best bet at getting access.

    Hi there,

    Only the owner of an account can close it, and only a logged in admin on a site can delete it. We cannot do it on request.

    And we cannot give you access to an account unless you can verify your ownership of the account via our account recovery form. If you don’t have the information required by that form, we can’t help you with this.

    I have tried contacting WordPress in the past with no success.

    The account you’re using to post here was registered eight years ago, but has never contacted support prior to this forum thread.
