I want to empty my site of all content, so I can upgrade & use plug-in to import my blogger blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot upgrade a WordPress.COM site to use plugins.
Please read this about the different flavors of WordPress. Then you will see that you need to find and pay a host to make your site function with WordPress.ORG.
