Please help me find my FTP information

  Hi, my name is Morgan Young and I have 3 accounts with posting capabilities for http://www.theinternetgarbage.com. I opened my account with WordPress in late June and also purchased my own domain name (theinternetgarbage) but have no recollection of receiving and FTP info. My web designer needs this information, and I was wondering how I would go about getting it. Please help!

  Can you tell us what you needed it for?
