Please help me get my dad’s website back

  I can truly provide some proof for this domain. This website belonged to my dad and he passed away in 2012. My mom knew some of the account info for it but she passed away in 2018. If my dad had registered his legal name with his account, I can provide proof that he’s my dad. I can also provide some extra proof because photos of me are on the website and I can show my ID to prove that I am related to the account. Please, help me retrieve my dad’s account so I can see photos of my family again.
