  Hi, last month while going through the site I saw the free trial and clicked the tab (Business Build a great website Plan $299 per year) and given my Credit Card details as it said only for information and no money will be charged unless I approve. But after 14 days free trail they have charged me $299 without my concent or formal approval. For which I am requesting for refund and I have mailed help@wordpress.com but no response from their side also. I’m trying all the ways to get in touch and request for refunds. can anyone please help me in this issue.
