Please help me recover!

  I switched domain providers and no longer have access to http://www.southseawanderer.co.uk/wp-admin. I now cannot get to my website as the new domain host needs the information within the dashboard, to upload. But I cannot access it. Can you please help?

  Thanks for writing to us about southseawanderer.co.uk. Do I understand correctly that you moved the hosting away from WordPress.com but want to use the WordPress.com interface to manage the project? Please share more details about the request and I’ll be able to provide a more accurate solution.
  
  Right now, southseawanderer.co.uk does not use WordPress.com. To make changes, you would need to access the site through the new hosting provider.

  Hello, the new host says unless I downloaded everything from the back end / WordPress dashboard they can’t help. I believe the hosting was previously with you and yes, I need access to the interface to manage the project (export the data).

  Thank you for clarifying further, however it doesn’t appear that the site, southseawanderer.co.uk has ever been connected to a site that was also hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Instead, it is more likely that your site was able to be viewed and browsed via WordPress.com through its Jetpack connection.

  At this time, however, the site is not pointing to, nor being hosted here at WordPress.com, nor is their an existing Jetpack connection.

  You can start a further check, with IONOS. From our site profiler tool, you will see that they are the hosts of the domain:

  https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://www.southseawanderer.co.uk

  By checking on the domain at IONOS, you will be able to see the A records that the site is using, and get more answers about where the site is, from there.
