Please help me recover or remove my account that was created by a third party business that is no longer in operation?

  This account was created for our business by a third party advertising service in 2011. The advertising service has stopped operation, and we would like to re-claim possession of this account. We can provide proof of this through e-mail chains, and we also hold a Texas State Sales Tax permit for this business name. Please allow us to recover this account, or remove the page entirely.

  The account’s username is harrisvincentgallery. This issue is still ongoing, and the Account Recovery guide was not helpful as I do not have any of the information required specifically by that guide. I can provide proof that this is my business. I have a state sales tax permit, and many other ways to prove that this is my intellectual property. This issue needs to be resolved immediately.

  Hi harrisvincentgalleryofficial,

  For security reasons, we can only accept the information listed on the account recovery form @fstat linked to. I appreciate this is a frustrating situation but it really is the only way to recover the account — I see staff sent confirmation of this to you by email on the 29th August. Is there no way you can contact the original site creator personally?
