In the process of adding a photo to an existing page, somehow the entire copy for the page disappeared. Please help me restore this page. I don’t have a copy of the content that I lost, only a first rough draft from years ago. How do access autosaves of my page? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Aloha janicesandeen, Once you are on the page, click Status in the Page Settings section. From there, you will be able to compare revisions and restore the one you want. Here is some more detailed information on this:

Hi there,
Geoffrey has already told you how to get to revisions above, but if you need more help with this, please give a direct link to the actual page and I’d be happy to look into this for you some more :)

Mahalo ~ Thank you so much GeoffreyShilling and Kokkieh!
The version from 10 months ago is now restored. (Clicking on the version from last night that was autosaved didn’t provide a full restore, but going back to 10 months ago did.) Yay! I REALLY appreciate both of your support on this.
I’ve never used the WordPress support forum, but will again. *****
(And I’m still mulling this over: not quite sure how adding media last night (a photo) brought this on, but perhaps I clicked a button “cancel” or something without noticing what had been highlighted or … )
Thank you again.

You’re welcome, I’m glad you were able to get it back up! It’s hard telling what may have caused that , but hopefully it won’t happen again for you. It’s great you had a backup – those sure can come in handy :)
