Please help me retrieve my old files

    I created a wordpress site in 2017 and added a domain through Bluehost, but because I let the domain expire, all the file content (blogs and photos) were deleted with it. Is it possible to retrieve those files?

    Hi there,

    The site globallysuper.com appears to have been a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    Please contact your Bluehost’s support team for more assistance. Because your site was hosted with them (and not on our WordPress.com servers) they would have any backups or account data related to your hosting, and would be in the best position to help.
