No-one is helping! Why my pages look like this? I cannot comment some pages I follow. I am just a reader, I don’t publish anything. Can someone please contact me, I cannot do anything now. And I see Gmail, Facebook, Instagram and WordPress logos big as 40 diameter. Is this normal? Please, this is urgent, anybody? I have tried with Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, and another computer, the fault is in WordPress. Who is gonna fix this issue? Please … :'(

Thank you for answering. I am not familiar with this https://snipboard.io/ But I took some screenshots yesterday, and I shall send some examples to you with this post, okay?
I am very tired and would like to RePress my friend’s post asap and go to sleep.
First is the pages, (screenshot) how I saw all my friend’s pages yesterday. I have not visited them today – I shall check if it looks the same today.
The second screenshot is from the situation, I usually RePress my friend’s post. This came – and I could not read it at all, not edit and not comment to anybody’s (I follow) posts.
The third screenshot was how I tried to comment on something on my friend’s page. There were only logos of WordPress, Twitter, and Facebook, very big ones, 40 cm in diameters.
And the last is the screenshot I sent to Jetpack -support already 01.11.2020 It is a screenshot of a post I tried to ReBlog from my friend’s pages.
Is this enough. I am not used to snipborard, and I have to check if the pages still look like that today. I took many screenshots on November the 1st and 2nd so that I can prove my pages were messed. Hacked?
I have never experienced this before in WordPress. Very strange. Yesterday it seemed normal, but it came back to’normal’ very late. And I had to go to sleep.
I would like to know, was it possible a hacker, or WHAT KIND OF technical problem can cause this?
I tried to ReBlog (and look at my pages, and friend’s pages first with Mozilla Firefox, then Google Chrome, and finally with a different computer, my laptop. Every time the same view. I really cannot understand.
Please try to find out, what was going on here, and let me also know. I changed also my password at least four times, no help <_<

Cannot I send those screenshots to your email, please? I am having four great examples, but cannot send any screenshot from here.
If You don’t want to give your email -address, please create some temporary e-mail address. That is much more easier.

Even now, I took a screenshot of this page, and IT DOES NOT LOOK NORMAL.
Please create some (e.g. Yahoo -email) which you can delete after. I cannot send those screenshots via snipshot. I don’t know how to use it.
I am having great screenshots from 01.11.2020 and from yesterday. Please.

I have woken up today at 03:00 a.m. and just came to ReBlog my friend’s post.
Please understand, I am tired. This has been going on now for two days. And I still cannot read other’s pages, they look strange.

Otherwise, there is no point to hang out. I have woken today very early and spent time on WordPress since the weekend every day for over 12 hours.

I still see Tara Greene’s pages strange way, and if I try to ReBlog her post, it messes the pages.
But I need an email -address, to where I can send the evidence, how the pages look, when I try to RePress her posts. I PLEASE, NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS, otherwise I cannot send Screenshot of anything to anybody.
Does WordPress not have an email -address, that is the easiest way to send those screenshots?

Somebody is obviously making me look like a fool here. I am just a Reader here, I don’t pay anything to WordPress, because I read other member’s stories. I don’t ever publish anything. Is that the reason, no-one tries to help me?
I have explained this to Jetpack, sent them screenshots, but they aren’t willing to help. I guess the only members are capable to get help is to pay WordPress, is that so?

Wordpress;com doesn’t have phone support. If you have a paid plan you are entitled to live chat and email support. Otherwise you can get help in this public forum.

Hello, I do not have any plan. That costs money. I am only a Reader of WordPress, I do not write a blog -posts. I only read other’s posts.
But that seems to be a problem for WordPress (or Jetpack) I am not paying for something I do NOT NEED.
I have only been asking (NOT PHONE -SUPPORT !!)I just need an email -address to where I can send those screenshots I’ve been taking during the whole weekend. I cannot read my friend’s posts, I cannot comment, I cannot ReBlog. I also CANNOT SEND A SCREENSHOT via these pages. I am having screenshots(printscreens) But how am I gonna send them to anybody. Because WordPress does not have support -pages ?? And here I cannot send any screenshot or PrintScreen.

Let’s make a few things clear.
This is a support forum where you can get help for your free WordPress.com site or account. There is no need to purchase any upgrade if you don’t want to. What @staartmees meant is that you would only be able to access email support if you had a paid plan.Now, about your issue – it sounds like it might be related to your browsers but we can’t advise if we can’t see what you see on your end.
I don’t think your account has been hacked.
There’s also no issue on your friend’s site.If you take a screenshot on your computer and then go to https://snipboard.io/, you will be able to upload the file from your computer there. After you have done that, you will get a unique address to the file which you can copy and paste into your reply.
If you’re more familiar with Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, you can use those instead.
