Please help me switch to a personal plan

    I had a plan that allowed me to have a personal site address, TheNeighborhood.Live, then I upgraded to a Business plan to try out the plugins. However, I wasnt impressed by the plugins so I refunded the business plan but now it wont let me upgrade from a free plan to a personal plan. I just want my custom address back. Please help.
