I have submitted several times for support concerning this issue & have not gotten any response yet… other than an automated response such as:

I have been trying to figure out how to get the Guided Transfer to wordpress.org…but the links on wordpress.com seem to keep me going in circles…
I have already signed up with bluehost.

Did you try to purchase a Guided Transfer using the link on the Store page in your blog dashboard and it didn’t work? Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and try it again and let me know if that fixes the problem for you?
I did search our support system for the email address associated with your zarsandrogers account in the WordPress.com system, and there are no emails from you. Did you submit your help request using a different email address or account?

and yes, i had used a different email address before ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
