    hi dear,
    below are my questions.
    1. my website ‘ https://fruitrue.com/
    i host and buy my domain from ‘ siteground’
    please tell me that
    do i still need to pay any to ‘wordpress.com’ ?
    if i don’t pay to wordpress.com
    will my website’s function have any trouble ?

    2. i found that my Woocommerce cannot work normally
    which and who can help me fix my porblem ?

    Hi there,

    1) No, you don’t need to pay us for anything. We’re a hosting provider, like SiteGround, and not the same thing as the WordPress software you’re using over on their end, and your site with them has absolutely nothing to do with us :)

    You do have your site connected to this WordPress.com username account via the Jetpack plugin. That adds some extra features to your site, and allows you manage some aspects of your site using our tools. That connection is also required to use the WooCommerce Payments and WooCommerce Shipping plugins, as well as the WooCommerce mobile app.

    Jetpack does have a paid version as well. You can find details on their plans and what they offer at https://cloud.jetpack.com/pricing, and you’ll buy that through your WordPress.com account. But those are completely optional, and only if you want to use Jetpack’s premium features, like real time backups.

    2) For the free version of WooCommerce, you can ask in their support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    You’ll need to register a WordPress.org profile before you can post in those forums – neither your WordPress.com account nor your admin user account for your site will let you log in there.

    If you buy a paid WooCommerce add-on from WooCommerce.com, or use the WooCommerce Payments or WooCommerce Shipping add-ons, you’ll also have access to live chat and email support via your account on WooCommerce.com. You can just log into WooCommerce.com using your WordPress.com account to create an account there and buy add-ons for WooCommerce, should you need them.
