Please help me to put a facebook icon & link at the top right of my blog next to the instagram link

  Hi, I managed to set up my blog with a instagram at the top menu but I can’t put a facebook icon and link to my facebook page next to it – i’ve googled for days now; how do I do this please – thank you SO much in advance!https://theoakswestsussex.wordpress.com/

  Because I see the Facebook icon and it is pointed at your page.
