Please help me to remove an obsolete Jetpack blog

Hi, I have the same problem as this poster:

I’m trying to remove a Jetpack association from my account. I tried deleting it using the dashboard but the dashboard couldn’t load because its domain had expired. I read from the above forum link that only the WordPress developers can delete such entries. Please help me out here.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
