  I wanted to get my website back but after i have told them my situation they have replied me with this

  And what are we supposed to do about it? It says right there that your site will not be returned. Find another web host.

  This is the SECOND website of yours that has been suspended for spam. Learn your lesson and move on; to a different web host or perhaps a different career.
