Please help me to transfer followers from my old blog to my new blog

  Hello. Please help me to transfer followers from my old blog amaksimov.wordpress.com to my new blog (self-hosted) blog.it-kb.ru. Jetpack plugin in my new blog installed and activated and connected to my wordpress.com login – amaksimov.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at blog.it-kb.ru, as requested.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
