Please help me where you have "updated" how you set up preview links
-
You just made a change that creates real problems for me and for others too, I am sure. I write essay length blog postings in series, and in advance of their going live. I add links back to older postings, including ones that have not gone live yet as I write next installments. I used to be able to take a preview link and remove the preview ID query part to arrive at the link that a posting would go live with – and I added that into my next installment text. Now you have switched to only support a short format link that seems to disappear when the posting goes live. How can I capture the link that will show when a posting goes live from when it is still in preview, so I can add that into a subsequent posting text when I have to be able to write and upload both in advance of either going live? PLEASE RESPOND! You make so many changes to the tools offered without getting user input and this one is a real problem for me. And why does this type of help request only go to a public forum for other users to respond to? Why doesn’t WordPress respond too, and particularly when a user is trying to report a change that is in fact buggy?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are still able to do this if you use the WP admin editor to write your posts, That editor is available at the link below:
https://plattperspective.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
The pemalink to the post will be available below the title even before you publish the post.
Let me know if you have any other questions about that.
