Please help me with another WordPress account and website

Hi there,
I’m kind of in panic mode here, but I need your help. I have another account at WordPress through my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I now have two issues:
1) My website easywritercompany.com doesn’t load on any device. It gives an error.
2) When I try to log into my WordPress account via aforementioned email address, it says that the user doesn’t exist!What happened?! I went to my website AND logged into WordPress just two days ago.
Please help me.
