Please help me with missing site
-
Hello, My site, princessanneindy.com, is gone and it looks like my email through the site also is dead. It may be due to missing info for the domain, but I cannot log into admin areas and have not been able to reach WordPress support. This is a critical issue that may threaten a major production deadline. Any help appreciated. Best, John.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site I need help with is a domain purchased through WordPress, which is princessanneindy.com, not the wordpress site listed.

Hi there,
That domain is registered through a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. Please log in to the correct account and contact us again so we can further assist you in restoring the domain.
If you cannot access that account, please follow our Account Recovery guide:

We’ve just sent you via email a link where you can pay for the domain registration. Once it’s paid, let us know here and we’ll reach out to our domain provider to start the recovery process.
-
Can you please send the link to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I cannot access the princessanneindy.com email address, which should be the one on file, due to the situation.

I have just renewed jhdoucette.com, but this is not the domain I care about. The domain that affects my business is princessanneindy.com. Is this up to date now? Will princessanneindy.com be restored please? This is urgent. I have a publication date looming.

OK, I do not have a link via email. I changed the email address on file to (email visible only to moderators and staff), which will reach me. I updated jhdoucette.com, which again is not the problem. I cannot do whatever you need me to do for princessanneindy.com, never, because it is not showing up in admin and I cannot access wp-admin. If someone can simply talk me through this, my number is [redacted].

Thank you for the payment. I have already started the recovery process and I’ll let you know as soon as the domain is restored.

The webpage is still saying it is parked. Will that change or is there something I need to do? I am still getting a 403 error for the wp-admin page.

http://princessanneindy.com/ seems to be working properly for me.
When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, your domain may go to its old location, and you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors.”
If you still have trouble viewing the site after 24 hours have passed, please try clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your local DNS cache: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

Hi johndoucette –
Like my colleague I am also able to view the site properly. Could you try clearing your browser cache once?
Also, try loading it in a different browser to see if it works there.
