Please help me with my broken Widgets….

  My social media, and text/html widgets aren’t working. I put the information in either the url in full or the html code (text part works) and then when I click ‘save’ it duplicates the link so when you click on the social media button it says it is broken, and it thinks that the html you want to show is not whatever image you want to show but in fact the actual wording of the HTML. I have sent out message asking for help befopre and had no response. I am getting desperate. Please could someone give me some advice. Thank you in advance. Amy x
