How do I put in an image in the image widget- on the home page of my blog? I have uploaded the image and copy and pasted the URL into the section that I am supposed to, but no image shows up- only the title. Please help!

Hi there… I have it in “media” and then in “library”. I go into “edit” and I copied the URL…http://naturalish.wordpress.com/?attachment_id=557#main and pasted it into the area I need to. Is that incorrect?
thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to be a bother- just wondering if my last reply is incorrect. I am assuming there is an easy way to go about doing this;)
thanks!

The URL for an image does not have the attachment extension you posted above. That’s the link to an attachment page.
What is the URL for the image please?

http://naturalish.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=557&action=edit …that seems to look funny. I apologize for not knowing if this is correct, I am not computer savyy by any means.
Thanks for your help.

I’m sorry but we Volunteers cannot view previews. These are the accepted image file type extensions:

You go to Media > Library, click Edit under the image title, and copy the image URL from the File URL field of the Save module: that’s the URL you need to use.
