Please Help, my Blog photos have all disappeared
-
A month ago I transferred old material from my main blog, wgccgolfersnotices, to a new archive blog, http://wgccgolfersarchive.wordpress.com/archives/ I checked and everything seemed to have transferred OK, so I deleted the material from my original blog. I checked the archive site today and all the photos seem to have disappeared. The sections they were in are still there, but no photos. Other archived material, mainly pdf,s are still there and can be accessed. Only the photos have gone.
Please help, I hope the photos are at least still in older versions of my original blog?

Did your transfer content by creating and XML export file and importing it? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
If so then when you imported there was a prompt asking if your wanted to include attachments (images and media). Did you say yes to that?
Are the missing images found in your Media Library ie. did you upload it from your computer onto WordPress.com servers? And, if so, then are they still in the Media Library now? Please check.
Or are the missing images ones you have linked to on some other server somewhere else online such as flickr or photobucket who allow hotlinking?
Or are the missing images ones you have linked to on some other server somewhere else online that does not allow hotlinking?
If you removed any images from your Media Library then they cannot be displayed. If you are hotlinking to images on sites that don’t allow that the images will not be displayed.
If you did not use export and import and copied and pasted content and then deleted the blog the images were in then the hotlinking cannot happen.
