PLEASE HELP, my site is down!!

Hi, please help me. I’ve logged into my wp account and did the regular plugin updates. Once I’ve done that, I was kicked out from my account and my website is down. It’s giving my a ‘this page is down’ (http errro 500)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. The wordpress.COM support docs do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at all.
