Please help – my staging site is gone

    Hi, we had a staging website named: waoconnect.com/staging and we have a live one named waoconnect.com, I went to waoconnect.com/staging and changed it to waoconnect.com/posts then it was gone. 404 error coming from waoconnect.com/ is the only one that’s appearing, how do I retrieve waoconnect.com/staging and all of its contents?

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
