Please Help – My url is not going to my blog anymore it goes to an old one I haven't used…

  Today I noticed that my domain http://www.12monthsofapril.com does not go to my blog anymore it goes to an old wordpress blog that I used years ago, now when I go to the dashboard I get my new blog posts but when I type my url I get crap and I’ve got people visiting my page almost daily so this is hugely embarrassing, please help!!!!
