Please help!! My website has been hacked or something

  First my website is not accessible.
  When I put the URL of the site it says “There has been a critical error on this website.”

  and someone has been sending emails using all my customer email lists.
  I noticed this because some non working email couldn’t be delivered and it was sent back to my email.

  What I did so far was I changed the domain PW for the site and secondly I changed PW for my email connected to the website

  Please help. I don’t have 24/7 live chat plan.
