Please Help!! My Website is hacked !!

  my website is ” gccwines.com “

  when i search my company in different search engine, it shows Japanese and I do not set it.
  And google said The Website Has Been Hacked.

  I want to know what should I do and is that wordpress problem because I have seen lots of news said the many website which are using WP are hacked and add spam inside.

  Hope you all can help me .
