PLEASE HELP: Password re-set email not arrived

  Hi WordPress Happiness Team,

  I REALLY need your help. I am trying to recover the password for my main word press blog account (the account I am writing from now I have had to set up in order to write to you to get the help to re-set my other account).

  The account I need to re-set is ‘theadventuresofellecoco.wordpress.com’, I don’t know if it is the password I have forgotten or the username, but it says the email address is correct when I add that, which is elle[dot]crocker[at]ntlworld[dot]com.

  I sent several requests yesterday, as, after a few hours, nothing had happened, then I sent a couple more requests today and wordpress locked me out.

  I’m now worried that my whole account will be unreachable and don’t know what to do.

  Please help as soon as possible as I need this so I can tidy it up for a potential job interview.

  oh and also there is a phone number that should be registered with the account, this is a uk number +44(0)*******661. I’ve kept most of it hidden but it should mean that this number will be showing on the account to help with verifications.
